I refer to the answer provided to question without notice No. 485 of 24 August 2017, and I ask: (a) prior to Mr Foster's appointment as Acting Director General of the Department of Premier and Cabinet, did he play any role in the removal of Senior Executive Services (SES) officers in the Department of Premier and Cabinet; (b) if yes to (a), what role did he play and in respect of which SES positions; (c) if yes to (a), when did he play that role; and (d) if yes to (a), did Mr Foster breach the Public Sector Management Act 1994 ?

a)-(d) Refer to Legislative Council question on notice 66 and question without notice 511. Mr David Smith, as Acting Director General of the Department of the Premier and Cabinet at the time, was responsible for the employment of SES officers in the department.
