Since the introduction of the Tier 3 water charges for Water Corporation residential customers using over 500 kilolitres (kL) of water annually, I ask, for each year since the introduction of the Tier 3 charge: (a) how many residential customers have been charged for using more than 500kL of water: (i) by suburb; and (ii) in total; (b) how much revenue has been raised from customers using more than 500kL of water: (i) by suburb; and (ii) in total; and (c) has Water Corporation carried out any analysis on the size of households, by number of residents, impacted by the Tier 3 water charges?

(c) Yes.  Water Corporation has conducted extensive research into attitudes, understanding, and water use of all household typologies in Perth most recently the national award winning H2ome study in 2018-2023.
