and the discussion paper from November 2013, ''Proposed Reforms to
Limited Partnership Laws''.
(1) How many submissions were received in response to the
discussion paper?
(2) Is a new Limited Partnerships Act for Western Australia
being developed?
(3) If yes to (2), when will it be introduced to Parliament?
(4) If no to (2), what stage is the review at and what are
the next steps?
