(1)–(2) The members of the committee are: Gary Prattley, Chairman, Western Australian Planning Commission, term of appointment 7 April 2009 to 20 April 2013; Eric Lumsden, Director General, Department of Planning, term of appointment ex-officio; Reece Waldock, Director General, Department of Transport—WAPC nominee—term of appointment ex-officio; Nicole Lockwood, nominee of the Minister for Regional Development, term of appointment expires 31 January 2010; Menno Henneveld, Commissioner of Main Roads WA, term of appointment ex-officio; Mayor Carol Adams, local government representative, term of appointment expires 31 January 2012; Alexandra Piper, WAPC nominee, term of appointment formally expired 31 December 2006—legislation allows for the continuation of membership; and Professor Carey Curtis, WAPC nominee, term of appointment formally expired on 31 December 2006—the legislation allows for continuation of membership.
