(1)–(3) Buffer
requirements are guided by State Planning Policy 4.1—Industrial
Interface and do not form part of joint venture agreements. The buffer was
established in 2013 through scheme amendment 0020/57 to the greater Bunbury
regional scheme. Landowners and relevant government agencies were consulted as
part of the scheme amendment process.
