I refer to the Ocean Reef Marina development and I ask: (a) at what stage is this development at; (b) is the development site serviced by power and water infrastructure such that it is at the build-ready stage : (i) if yes, when will titles be able to be delivered; and (ii) if no, when will the site be serviced by power and water infrastructure.; (c) will the development still provide the intended more than 1000 homes to market; (d) when will the first dwellings be under construction ; (e) will the development be staged: (i) if yes, what are the timeframes of this staging; (f) of the intended dwellings, how many will be private, social, and affordable tenures; (g) what is the forecast completion date for all dwellings to be delivered; (h) what is the total cost of the project to date; and (i) what is the anticipated total final cost of the project?

(A-I) The Cook Labor Government has invested in the long term plan for development of the Ocean Reef Marina, with $235 million expended to date for the project. The Ocean Reef Sea Sports Club and Marine Rescue Whitfords facilities are now open and will be followed by the beach and central parkland areas to be delivered in 2026. Ocean Reef Marina is set to deliver more than 1,000 new residential dwellings, offering a range of housing options including single residential homes and apartments. The project is on track, with further announcements regarding the release of lots to be made in due course.
