There is no centralised record of all litigation conducted on behalf of the Department of Health and other agencies falling within the health portfolio in either a Plaintiff or Defendant capacity. The provision of an accurate and comprehensive response would involve a significant cost to obtain information across all agencies within the health portfolio.
However, if the Member has a particular issue of concern, I would be pleased to consider arranging for the agency to provide information, as appropriate, on that specific issue.
