around freedom of information documents and direct communications from Arts and
Culture Trust (ACT) staff, including a meeting deemed confidential, have been provided
to me.
(1) Can
the minister confirm whether she or her office has been made aware of any representations
made to ACT or its staff by, or on behalf of, any foreign government or consular
body regarding Shen Yun?
(2) Is the
minister aware of any confidential meetings held between ACT or His Majesty's Theatre
and a foreign government or consular body regarding Shen Yun?
(3) If yes to (1) or (2), has the
minister's office investigated whether the representations or requests made in
this meeting or other communications breached foreign interference laws?
