Central Metropolitan Traffic operates patrols 24 hours, 5 days per week (Tuesday to Saturday inclusive), however, is subject to flexible rostering arrangements. Central Metropolitan District Support Group operates 7 days per week, with hours varying between 16 and 24 hours. However, this group is subject to flexible rostering arrangements. Leederville, Subiaco and Wembley Stations operate night shift patrols until 7:00 a.m., 7 days per week. Claremont and Cottesloe Police Stations combine to provide a night shift patrol vehicle for the two sub-districts until 7:00 a.m., 7 days per week. Other sections, such as the Major Incident Group may also patrol within the Central Metropolitan District depending on operational requirements.
