(3) Outstanding debtors are regularly reviewed to ensure that recovery action is being instigated. In instances where financial hardship may be inflicted on certain debtors, arrangements are made available with them to repay by instalments. In other instances where it is considered appropriate and necessary, legal action is put in place to recover debts.
