(a) will the planning for the Albany Ring Road stages two and three also include cycling infrastructure;
(b) what are the plans for cycling infrastructure at the Princess Royal Drive/Hanrahan Road flyover; and
(c) can a cycle path be built prior to the slurry pipe for Grange Resources being constructed?
