This question was first asked of us Wednesday June 28 as Question On Notice 2905 (1) A proposed subdivision plan for an area of Crown land suitable for industrial development has been prepared. The subject land has an area of approximately 37 hectares and has the potential to yield in the order of 58 lots. In addition a draft structure plan for the North West Sector development has identified areas of land suitable for residential and commercial use in the future. The draft structure plan will be released for public consultation in due course. (2) The release of the first stage of industrial lots could occur by late 2001. (3) The current unimproved market value of the developed lots will be obtained prior to release and the price of the lots will reflect the prevailing market conditions.
