(1) Is the Western Australian Aboriginal Native Title Working Group to be given legal power or authority to negotiate the rights of Aboriginal people by the end of this year? (2) If yes, will the staff of WAANTWG be democratically elected by individual claimant groups of the Aboriginal tribes in Western Australia that they will be representing, including the Nyoongah, the Yamatji, the Wongai, the Martu, the Innawonga, the Ngarluma, the Bardi and the Miriuwung-Gajerrong people?
