(a) As at 12 June 2012 there are 5.5 FTE working at Collie PathWest Hospital Laboratory and 1 FTE working at Collie Valley Medical Collection Centre.
(b) There are approximately 192 home specimen collection visits per year and most are within the town site of Collie. (This data is only an approximation based on the patients who require regular home specimen collections as supplied by the Managing Scientist in Charge of Collie Laboratory).
(c) Taxis, hospital vehicles (if available) and staff cars (staff are reimbursed for the travel they undertake for work as per their Award provisions).
(d) Over the last three years the average spent on taxi services at Collie PathWest is $452.55/year.
(e) Yes, they are reimbursed for the travel they undertake for work as per their Award provisions.
