SCHOOL CROSSINGS — REVIEW
I refer to the review of schools crossings finalised in October 2008 and a subsequent review commissioned by the minister that was completed last year. (1) What are the recommendations of each of the reviews? (2) Will the minister implement all the recommendations; and, if not, which ones will be implemented and when? (3) What is the current status of the new applications for school crossing attendants until the recommendations of these reviews have been implemented? Hon PETER COLLIER

All children’s crossing applications will be considered as normal by the children’s crossing and road safety committee, and traffic wardens are still being employed as required.
