I wish to advise that the Department of Training and Workforce Development commenced on 30 October 2009, which is less than six months ago.
(1) The $4 million allocated for advertising you refer to commenced in July 2009. Approximately $1.5 million has been expended from July 2009 to 15 March 2010.
(2) Advertising has included television, radio, online, outdoor and press.
(3) Between 1 July 2009 and 30 June 2011.
