I thank the honourable member for some notice of this question. (1) Yes. I table a copy of an extract headed “Conservation and the Environment” from the 2005 Australian Labor Party policy - www.wa.alp.org.au/policy/election/index.html. The previous ALP policy was headed “Heritage for the New Millennium”. (2) The minister is unaware of the reasons that Ms Marli Wallace resigned; he was not the minister at the time. Mr Patric de Villiers provided the reasons for his resignation in a media release that he issued on 13 May 2005. I refer the member to this document for further information. [See paper 658.]
