I have a supplementary question. What else has the Premier done with Ms Thornton’s letter, other than what he has done with it to date, and who is going to undertake the investigation of Ms Thornton’s allegations of intimidation and bullying by the former Minister for Health? Dr G.I. GALLOP

I find it extraordinary that the Opposition would raise that matter when the truth is that when they were in government, millions of dollars were lost from our health system because they were not properly accounted for. This Government has sorted out that system, referred allegations of illegality to the Police Service, cut off funding to an organisation that was not producing value for money for the Western Australian taxpayers and, indeed, for Aboriginal people throughout Western Australia, yet members opposite come in here and talk about that matter. With regard to the former Minister for Health and my role as the Premier, these issues have been debated in this Parliament - as I would assume they ought to be - and in the public. That is exactly the form of accountability that is required.
