The Minister Replied:
(1) The Commissioner for Equal Opportunity has not conducted any investigation into the management of Homeswest's waiting list. As part of the investigation of two complaints the Commissioner examined a small sample of files to assess the length of time taken to obtain a transfer from the priority list in one regional office.
(2) The investigation report will be sent to Homeswest in the near future. The two complaints have been resolved.
