I refer to the 14 December 2010 announcement that the government will deliver on a “major election commitment” which included an investment of $2.2 million to kick start a replacement for the Boyanup cattle facilities, and ask: (a) in what year’s budget was this election money allocated; (b) in what year’s budget was this election commitment money expended; (c) what government department received the $2.2 million; and (d) has the department acquitted the $2.2 million, and: (i) if so, what was the $2.2 million spent on; and (ii) if not, why not and where is the $2.2 million now?

· $130,000 towards a review of the State's livestock truck wash network.
