The Cockburn Coast Precinct is a 98 hectare redevelopment area that proposed to accommodate 12,000 residents and was conceptualised and initiated by the former Liberal / Nationals Government, announced on 22 April 2015 by the former Minister for Lands Terry Redman.
Shoreline is located within the proposed precinct, and is a large-scale residential project stretching over 12 hectares.
105 residential lots have been delivered to date across 4.7 hectares.
Eleven multi-residential lots are still to be delivered.
