I refer to the criminal property confiscation grants program’s new eligibility guidelines that require applicant organisations to contribute 50 per cent of the value of a project, at least half of which must be in cash. (1) Did the Attorney General seek or receive any advice on what impact this would have on small to medium-sized non-government organisations with limited cash at hand or fundraising capacity?
