(1) The Australian Government Department of Social Services is currently unable to provide the data for the period requested due to technical system issues.
They have confirmed that 361 people were on compulsory income management on 16 May 2014, being:
Armadale - 23
Cannington - 12
East Kimberley - 107
Fremantle - 25
Joondalup - 20
Midland - 58
Mirrabooka - 7
Peel - 7
Perth - 5
Rockingham - 38
West Kimberley - 59.
They have also advised that to prevent clients from being identified, data for the Ngaanyatjarra Lands/Laverton Shire was not provided, as numbers were less than 20.
(2) Between 1 March 2014 and 31 May 2014, 13 distinct individuals with children have presented seeking financial assistance on two or more occasions to the same district of the Department. The breakdown by district is as follows:

Wheatbelt - 1
