MENTAL
HEALTH SERVICES — RURAL AND REGIONAL WESTERN AUSTRALIA
777. Hon STEPHEN DAWSON to the
Minister for Mental Health:
I refer to mental health services across rural and regional
Western Australia.
(1) How long has the position of clinical psychiatric
director at Kalgoorlie Hospital been vacant?
(2) Are any
other mental health service positions vacant at Kalgoorlie Hospital; and, if
yes, how long has each position been vacant?
(3) For all
other regional mental health facilities that currently have staff vacancies,
which positions are vacant and how long has each position been vacant?
(4) For all
regional mental health facilities, which positions are currently serviced by
fly-in, fly-out personnel?
(5) For
positions listed in (4), are any positions serviced by fly-in, fly-out
personnel because recruiting a staff member cannot be achieved; and, if yes,
which positions are these and where are they located?
