I refer to the corrective
services policies and procedures concerning transgender, gender diverse and
intersex prisoners or youth detainees that took effect on 23 November 2020.
(1) How many biological males who identify as
female have been placed in women's prisons since the framework came into
effect?
(2) Of these individuals, how many are still
incarcerated in women's prisons?
