(1) Boronia Pre-Release Centre has never refused to accept a prisoner who has been correctly assessed as minimum security and can be appropriately and safely managed given due regard to victim and community concerns. (2) Not applicable (3) Manager of Operations from Boronia Pre-Release Centre will discuss the transfer with the Manager of Operations/Manager of Assessments from the referring prison. If the situation were to arise that agreement was not reached, the matter would be escalated, initially to a discussion between the Superintendent of the Boronia Pre Release Centre and the Superintendent from the referring prison. To date it has not been necessary to escalate any matters.
