I refer to the Minister's comments in Estimates with regards to the acquisition of Fraser Suites, and I ask: (a) What is the anticipated cost of works to bring the facility on board as social and affordable housing: (i) What is the timeline for these works; and (b) What is the expected annual running costs of the facility: (i) Who will cover this cost?

a) Subject to development application approval, works to progress the transition of Queens Riverside QIV into long-term housing will be tendered in packages and are expected to be completed by mid-2026.
b) A Community Housing Provider (CHP) will be appointed through the Community Housing Prequalification Scheme to manage the property and tenancy of the building. The CHP will be responsible for the property’s operational cost.
