I refer to question on notice No. 5544, and ask —
(1) Does the Minister stand by his answer that there were 'no reported injuries' for any of the accidents that occurred?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
(3) Did any of the accidents result in trains being removed from service for more than a week?
(4) If yes to (3) —
(a) on what date was the train removed from service; and
(b) on what date did the train return to service?
