I note that the South Metropolitan Area Health Service Chief Executive Officer, Linda Smith, states in her briefing note to the Minister that 'it may not be technically possible to convert Woodside Hospital to all single rooms with en-suites' -
(1) Why was the Minister or the CEO planning such changes without any consultation with the Woodside Hospital staff?
(2) Was the conversion of Woodside Hospital to single en-suites a part of the $ 2 million upgrade of Woodside Hospital?
