APPROVALS
977. Hon NICK GOIRAN to the minister representing the
Minister for Police:
I refer to our state's
legislation regulating the use of firearms.
(1) Under the
Firearms Act 1973, has a firearm held on a competition range licence been
approved for use to undertake pest control on approved properties with a temporary
permit?
(2) Under the Firearms Act 2024,
will such approvals be given?
