I refer to question on notice No. 3374 asked on 4 April 2006, answers provided, the Murrin Murrin nickel cobalt operations, which I understand are operated by Minara Resources and the
Kalgoorlie Miner Newspaper
article, which appeared on page one, Friday 14 April 2010 entitled ‘Levy to Boost Mine Safety’, and I ask -
(1) Can the Minister state how many mines record book entries, provisional improvement, improvement and prohibition notices have been issued by the Department of Mines and Petroleum (DMP) under the
Mines Safety and Inspection Act 1994
and
Regulations 95
at the above operation in the years, -
(a) 2008;
(b) 2009; and
(c) 2010?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
(3) If yes to (1), what was each entry notice order issued for?
(4) Can the Minister table the full text for all the mines record book entries, stop work orders, and all types of notices issued by the DMP under the
Mines Safety and Inspection Act 1994
and
Regulations 95
in the years, -
(a) 2008;
(b) 2009; and
(c) 2010?
(5) If no to (4), why not?
(6) Can the Minister state whether safety non compliance has deteriorated at the above operation by making a comparison to all the notices tabled as part of the answer with question on notice No. 3374 to all the notices issued in the years, -
(a) 2008;
(b) 2009; and
(c) 2010?
(7) If no to (6), why not?
(8) Can the Minister state how many works directions and stop work orders have been issued by DMP under the
Mining Act 1978
and
Regulations 1981
at the above operation in the years, -

(10) If yes to (8), what was each direction order issued for?
(11) Can the Minister quote the full text for all the works directions, stop work orders issued by the DMP under the
