(1) The Wharf Street Wetland and Civic Parkland in the Canning Plain Catchment cost $2,686,001 to build. This figure is inclusive of planning, design and construction, but excludes project partner officer time.

(3) Costs provided are for the 4 hectare Wharf Street Wetland Civic Gardens site, which includes approximately 1ha of constructed wetland. Since construction costs for activities such as weed and erosion control, replanting and maintaining hydraulic infrastructure paid for by the Swan River Trust and the City of Canning (inclusive of volunteer labour costs) are as follows:
