(1) Of the cost for overtime and allowances of $253,174, how much was paid to staff from -
(a) the Department of Environment and Conservation;
(b) the Forest Products Commission; and
(c) other (please specify)?
(2) For each of the above, how much was for salary and how much was for overtime?
