(1) I refer to the answer to question on notice No. 50 and ask how does the Minister reconcile his decision not to table the document in the context of the State Government’s commitment to openness, accountability and inclusiveness?
(2) How does the Minister reconcile his decision not to table the document when every Minister has agreed to or is giving consideration to and the majority have tabled the document?
(3) How does the Minister reconcile his decision not to table the document on the basis it would require too many resources, when it is a requirement of Section 74 of the Public Sector Management Act 1994 to make arrangements in writing to each department or organisation for which he is responsible?
(4) Will the Minister now table the document?
(5) If not, why not?
