representing the Minister for Planning:
I refer to the Minister for PlanningXXX ###XXXs response to question without notice 624
regarding parking allocations under the residential design codes, and responses
to the proposed amendments that were publically advertised in 2014.
(1) Which of the
local government authorities within the East Metropolitan Region made
submissions in relation to the proposed R-code amendments?
(2) Which of
these councils specifically mentioned within their submission concerns around
parking?
(3) Which of
these councils have contacted the Department of Planning and/or the Minister
for Planning in the past 12 months to raise concerns about parking allocations
under the R-codes?

(1) The Cities of
Armadale, Bassendean, Bayswater, Belmont, Gosnells, Swan, Stirling and Vincent;
the Shire of Kalamunda; and the Town of Victoria Park.
(2)–(3) The
Cities of Armadale and Swan and the Town of Victoria Park have made submissions
on parking matters.
