I refer to question on notice No. 1075 in relation to grants under the Local Projects, Local Jobs program, and I ask: (a) will the Minister advise if a business case was prepared for each of the following projects: (i) Yamatji Patrol Vehicle; (ii) Access Geraldton; (iii) Geraldton Cycleway Strategy; (iv) Geraldton Mammogram Service; (v) Geraldton University Centre Audio Integration System; and (vi) Bundiyarra Newsletter; (b) if yes to (a), on what date was the business case finalised and endorsed by the Minister; (c) if yes to (a), was the business case presented to Cabinet in advance of its approval to release funding to the projects identified; (d) if yes to (a), please provide a copy of each business case; (e) with respect to each project identified in (a)(i-vi) please provide a copy of the executed grant agreement; (f) which agency has responsibility for project oversight and reporting of milestones; and (g) have any of the projects identified in (a)(i-vi) failed to meet agreed project milestones, if so, please identify the project and the specific milestone failure?

(a)   (i)-(vi) The Local Projects Local Jobs grants program fulfilled a number of small election commitments, endorsed by the Expenditure Review Committee (ERC). Business cases were not requested by the ERC.

In relation to Geraldton Cycleway Strategy a grant agreement has not yet been executed for this project.
(f)    The relevant Regional Development Commission on behalf of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development.
