(1) Horizon Power reports system performance on an ongoing basis.
The power supply in Laverton exceeds all recognised performance targets and there has been no cause to investigate and compile separate reports.
In 2010/11:
· the average customer in Laverton experienced an average of 2.54 interruptions to their power supply, below the target of less than 6.6 interruptions; and
· the total length of all interruptions of supply to customer premises was 188 minutes, well below the 290 minute standard set in the
Electricity Industry (Network Quality and Reliability of Supply)
Code 2005.
Horizon Power also receives monthly status reports from enGen, its Independent Power Producer for Laverton.
