SUNDAY TIMES POLICE RAID — THEFT OF HOSPITAL COMPUTERS
In searching for an answer, I ask this question of the minister representing the Minister for Health. I refer the minister to the police raid on the Sunday Times during April in response to a story concerning hospital computers with personal records being left in unsecured rubbish bins. (1) Did the minister or the health department refer the complaint concerning the source of the story to the police or the Corruption and Crime Commission; and, if not, who did? (2) If yes to (1), will the minister table copies of the complaint made to the relevant authorities; and, if not, why not? Hon SUE ELLERY
