(1) How many cases of bullying in the workplace have been reported to each Department or Agency in the years -
(a) 2000-2001;
(b) 2001-2002;
(c) 2002-2003;
(d) 2003-2004; and
(e) 2004-2005 to date?
(2) How many of these claims resulted in compensation claims being lodged with insurers?
(3) What was the total cost of compensation claims for bullying in the workplace for each Department or Agency in the years -
(a) 2000-2001;
(b) 2001-2002;
(c) 2002-2003;
(d) 2003-2004; and
(e) 2004-2005 to date?
(4) What has been the dollar increase in insurance premiums for each individual Department or Agency due to claims for bullying in the workplace?
