(1) Yes.
(2) Gross casino revenue for 2002/03 was less than budgeted.
(3) Because of the budgeted gross casino revenue for 2003/04 and the amended casino tax rates set out in Schedule “C” [to be ratified by the Casino (Burswood Island) Agreement Amendment Bill 2003] of the Agreement scheduled to the Casino (Burswood Island) Agreement Act 1985.
