(b) Yes, activities undertaken under this program included planning and consultation with key stakeholders including The Cancer Council WA, Area Health Services and WA Cancer and Palliative Care Network.
(c-d) Expenditure allocated and activity being undertaken under this program in 2009 - 2010:
· Ear Nose and Throat (ENT) Transition Project - Speech Pathology and Dieticians ($152,000).
