(1) Yes.
(2) Workers' compensation payments were made in respect of weekly payments, medical expenses and rehabilitation costs. Given the number of payments made, payments were made on a daily basis from 1 January 2009 to 31 December 2009.
(3) 3113 payments in relation to workers' compensation were made to 2801 employees, including settlement of claim. Total workers' compensation payments for 2009 were $24 541 215.
