(l)–(4)
The EPA board minutes for the Browse LNG precinct for meetings more than six
months ago are publicly available from the Office of the Environmental
Protection Authority, in accordance with regulation 2B of the Environmental
Protection Regulations 1987. Minutes of meetings during the last six months are
not required to be released under the EP regulations, and are subject to the
Freedom of Information Act 1992. I am advised that an application has been made
for release of these minutes under that act and this is being processed in
accordance with the act. Depending upon the decision on that application, I
will table a copy of any of the relevant minutes released.
