PEEL HEALTH CAMPUS - AMBULATORY SURGERY PROGRAM
I ask a supplementary question. Can the minister give me an assurance that this delay has nothing to do with the minister’s previous personal vendetta against the Peel Health Campus - the minister knows why that exists - and that his relationship with the hospital will be improved in the future? Mr J.A. McGINTY

Can I say that I metaphorically embraced John Fogarty - I could not bring myself to actually do it - at a health function last week, and also on another occasion when we had - Dr K.D. Hames : I’m still angry because he shafted me! Mr J.A. McGINTY : I should have put my arm around him, then! I am interested in health outcomes. I know the member for Dawesville is too. There has been no desire on my part to in any way limit the spread of the ambulatory surgery initiative. A lot of people in the Peel region, as is also the case in Perth’s far northern suburbs, will benefit from the introduction of this procedure. I have no ill will towards the Peel Health Campus. There has certainly been a colourful recent past, but I think that is now behind us.
