The Department of Housing advises:
(a)(i) 213 social housing properties.
(ii) 156 social housing properties.
(iii) 129 social housing properties.
(b)The Department is constantly reviewing its social housing portfolio, with properties identified for demolition based on an asset being suitable for redevelopment or at the end of its useful life when vacated.  Through this process, the Department estimates it will demolish 214 social housing dwellings in 2012-13.
(c)(i) 702 social housing dwellings completed construction in 2009-10.
(ii) 2072 social housing dwellings completed construction in 2010-11.
(iii) 607 social housing dwellings completed construction as at 30 April 2012.
