I refer the Premier to the tabling of the boards and committees register in response to question without notice 1094 last week about the appointment of friends of the Gallop Government to government boards, tribunals and committees. (1) Does the Premier admit that the tabling of this document does not answer the question asked, which specifically requested the Premier to table the names, positions and rates of pay of the recipients of the 20 quango appointments referred to in the article in the Western Australian Business News of 18 September 2003? (2) Will the Premier now undertake to table the specific information requested, rather than provide a document that does not answer the question, and that in some cases provides information that is at least three years old and still lists the Leader of the Opposition as Minister for Education and Chairman of the Public Education Endowment Trust?
