Financial Year Total actual (including capital) appropriation as per Budget Statements 1999/2000 $12,102,473 $11,569,000 2000/2001 $12,080,832 $11,523,000 2001/2002 $12,450,137 $11,967,000 2002/2003 $13,344,487 $12,800,000 The financial statements for the financial year 2003/2004 are currently being finalised. The total appropriation including capital plus supplementary funding for the financial year 2003/2004 is approximately $13,873,000. An amount of $13,221,000 is recorded for the financial year 2004/2005 in the published Budget Statements. (2) The total number of committals received by the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions in each of the nominated financial years has been as follows: Financial year 1999/2000 2767 2000/2001 2776 2002/2003 2612 2003/2004 The numbers are currently being compiled for & nbsp; the Annual Report. It is estimated they will be &nbs p; broadly in line with similar years.
