I thank the member for that question. Expenditure of the $500 000 allocated for the present budget year will be determined by the task force that is working on that issue. The task force is chaired by the former Under Treasurer, Mr Ross Bowe. So far no recommendation from the task force has come before me relating to direct expenditure, although the task force has its own operating expenditure. That expenditure is approved by both me and the Director General of the Department of Agriculture. Hon M.J. Criddle: Will it go to the Western Australian Farmers Federation? The PRESIDENT: Order! We have gone past the chance to ask a supplementary question. Hon Kim Chance: No.
