(1) I refer to the after-action reviews conducted by the Department of Fire and Emergency Services following significant events and I ask, what is the status and expected completion date of the following after-action reviews: (a) Tropical Cyclone Seroja 2021; (b) Calgardup Bushfire Margaret River 2021; (c) severe weather event February 2022 - concurrent Level 3 bushfire incidents; and (d) Spotlight Myaree structure fire? (2) please table any completed after-action reviews identified in (1)?
