I refer the Minister to the harm minimisation strategies, priority substances and priority populations outlined in the Australian Government's National Drug Strategy 2017-2026 , and I ask: (a) how many people are currently incarcerated for cannabis crimes in Western Australia; and (b) of the people in (a), how many are associated with quantities pertaining to personal use compared to trafficable offenses?
